Abstract
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused UMKM a significant reduction in income, resulting in difficulties in cover the cost. This problem is caused by the disproportionate income and expenditure obtained before the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to develop a business by making new changes to achieve significant growth and goals, one of the evidences of the practice implemented using Strategic Analysis,Target and Goals, Action, Reality Check (STAR) and Myelin strategies. The result of the study are an increase in the number of followers on Instagram social media, a good relationship between the owner and consumers, high quality service, renewal of a more attractive and eye catching logo, and making pricelist.
