The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of the Kerupuk Udang Dunia SMEs using the STAR method (strategy analysis, target and goals, action, reality check) and disciplined culture. This type of research is qualitative research. In general, implementing a culture of discipline in a business is not difficult, it's just that many people do not understand how to use a method so that a culture of discipline can be carried out consistently. To be able to develop this MSME, a new strategic plan is needed in order to better maintain the business using the STAR method and a culture of discipline in this shrimp cracker business. With the STAR method, it will help make it easier for business actors to develop business strategies for the future, while applying a disciplined culture in a business aims to form good habits to be able to implement the business strategy that will be developed.Keywords : Shrimp Cracker Business, STAR Analysis, Discipline Culture
