Abstract


The tourism sector entering new normal now requires promotion efforts that can support and understand the new normal conditions after the impact of the Covid pandemic19. This research was conducted to determine the tourism promotion strategy carried out by the Inis Market as a digital destination in Purworejo through the virtual tour method. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews via telephone and online documents. The results showed that Inis Market in Purworejo had carried out tourism promotion activities to the maximum through virtual tours to increase both local and national Purworejo tourists. Virtual Tour is one of the strategies carried out in the Inis Market In Purworejo which is specially packaged to promote culinary tourism objects combined with the beauty of rural nature, and culture based on local wisdom
