Abstract


The shorter time through digital media can be studied by the next generation in this digital era, becoming one of the new breakthroughs so that many young people are interested in becoming storytellers in the culinary field. ‘Ngulik’ typical cuisine and snacks of Semarangan through SMG storrytelling culinary blog & vlog Mimi lan Mintuno in special interest of tourism in SMG is a solution for culinary and shopping tourism breakthrough especially in SMG City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study and included in the Phenomenological Research. The research location was Herritage Restaurant at Gajahmada Street,. The study period was in the first week of October 2019 to the first week of May 2020. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and surveys. Data were analyzed based on indicators of conformity from the user, suitability of the material used, and content. The research method used in this study is phenomenological research and concerns with the continuity of Semarangan special foods to future generations.
