Analisis Business Model Canvas untuk Pengembangan Bisnis UMKM Warung Tatanggi Bandung

Abstract
UMKM is a type of small and medium enterprises related to production and sales on a small scale. These businesses are generally owned and run by individuals or small groups who want to utilize their skills to generate income that can help their economic needs. In this study, the UMKM in question is called Warung Tatangi. This UMKM sells home cooking in the form of nasi uduk which is typically made using quality family recipes. UMKM home cooking like Warung Tatangi is a business that has great potential and makes an important contribution to the Indonesian economy so that it is sustainable and fair. However, to be able to survive and grow in a competitive environment, UMKM need to apply the right strategy and develop continuously to meet market needs and improve the quality of their products. Therefore, it takes the right method to implement the strategy. In this study, the authors apply the Business Model Canvas method which is one of the right methods to be able to develop Warung Tatanggi SMEs so they can survive and grow in a competitive environment.
