ABSTRACT
This research aims to describe, evaluate, and analyze Village Funds based on Empowerment (Study on the Implementation of Village Regulation PDTT Regulation Number 06 of 2020 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 and Circular of the Minister of Village Number 08 of 2020 concerning Covid-19 Response Villages and Solid Affirmation Karya Cash Desa in Bukit Harapan Village, Kaliorang District, East Kutai Regency), the effectiveness of the implementation of empowerment-based Village Fund management in Bukit Harapan Village, Kaliorang District, supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of empowerment-based Village Fund policies in Bukit Harapan Village, Kaliorang District This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The focus of research on Empowerment-based Village Fund policies (Study on the implementation of policies of the Village Minister for Village Fund Regulation Number 06 of 2020 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 and Circular of the Minister of Villages Number 08 of 2020 concerning Covid-19 Response Villages and Affirmation of Village Cash Workforce in Bukit Harapan Village, Kaliorang District, East Kutai Regency),with indicators of empowerment-based Village Fund mechanisms or procedures, the implementation process of Village Fund management, coordination with various parties regarding empowerment-based Village Funds. The informants in this study were key informants, namely the Head of Bukit Harapan Village, Kaliorang District, East Kutai Regency. Other informants who are expected to help provide additional information related to this research are determined by purposive sampling, namely the staff of the Bukit Harapan Village Office, Kaliorang District. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Analyzed using an interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, the validity of the data was tested using triangulation of sources.
